Consumption of fats and the heart |
|
The consumption of fats is directly related to the cardiovascular insufficiency, and cholesterol is undoubtedly considered the number one killer. The cholesterol accumulated in the blood vessels strongly hampers the blood flow and makes the heart work harder. It is collected in the form of plaques on the inner side of the arteries. If one leads a sedentary life and is well advanced in age, their blood vessels get narrower and prevent smooth blood flow, while the capillaries lose their elasticity. The result is capillary obstruction, which considerably decreases the influx of blood.
The cardiovascular system resembles a garden hose
The transportation of blood to the working muscles and the whole system, including the brain, makes the heart work much harder, which often leads to its overburdening. The situation resembles a garden hose obstructed with mud. To get the necessary water flush we either increase the pump revolutions (the heart is the pump in the human body) or we simply clear the way of the water (the veins and arteries in the body) in order to provide the blood with the opportunity to flow normally. Problems connected with the decreased blood flow
The decreased blood flow leads to forcing the heart activity. The pulse quickens to provide the necessary blood influx and the transportation of oxygen in the blood and the gas circulation system. The system is hampered and cannot utilize the oxygen passing through it. The oxygen needs cause quickening of the heart rhythm. The heart becomes bigger and blood pressure higher as the heart is forced to pump the blood through an obstructed system.
Heart wrapped in adipose tissue The heart can be further overburdened by the strong grip of the fatty tissue wrapped around it. It does not have enough space to fully perform the contractions. This results in weaker contractions, which in its turn leads to the most common aberration ? cardiac enlargement. The enlarged heart syndrome must not be mistaken for the athletic heart with bigger muscular tissue. The athletic heart can produce powerful cardiovascular impulses during the filling and emptying of the ventricle. Negative aberrations with cardiac enlargement syndrome
The enlarged heart syndrome resulting from the necessity for the heart to constantly force the obstructed cardiovascular system in order to provide enough blood influx, is the so called weak heart. A weak heart is one that does not work effectively and does not provide enough cardiovascular impulses for the filling and emptying of the ventricle. The heart cannot satisfy the needs of the organism for blood (oxygen). Daily intake of fats directly leads to disrupting the heart function. The Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) of 300 mg of cholesterol is extremely high and it is more sensible to reduce it by half.! |
