Eating before working out

Question: Can a little food be taken before working out for energy? Some of my friends from the fitness club tell me it is not good but I myself have never had problems with this. К. S.
Most people prefer to work out with their bellies empty because a full stomach is inconvenient and hampers their training and intensive work. Everybody should feel free to do whatever affects them beneficially. My last meal before working out is the lightest and usually contains carbohydrates that resorb quickly, a little protein, usually consumed two hours before.


You should have at least three substantial meals a day with little snacks between them. If you do this, you will never lose your energy during a hard workout.
Another thing I do is have an energy bar or a carbohydrate drink immediately after the workout. My next meal is an hour later. It is high in complex carbohydrates, which recharge my muscles with energy as I have lost it during the workout, as well as in proteins needed for the muscle fiber building.
